It is with great excitement that I welcome you to Rancho Mirage High School. RMHS is an amazing place and I look forward to including you in our family. Each of you will be instrumental in building a strong culture of commitment and pride. Together we will set the bar high in academics success and extra-curricular involvement. We will be committed to meaningful curricular and extra-curricular opportunities for personal and academic well-being. As we build our reputation in the surrounding community, we need everyone's OWN-ership in this exciting process.
The mission of Rancho Mirage High School is to provide a high-quality, comprehensive, and meaningful education for all students. Each student will be expected to succeed within the bounds of their abilities and chosen educational and career goals. Each student will be treated as an individual, given the tools to be a lifelong learner, and taught to function as a member of a group and as a productive and meaningful member of society.
What an amazing opportunity to have a high school for the first time in Rancho Mirage. This is your chance to leave a legacy for all to follow! Everything we do impacts the culture, climate, and future of Rancho Mirage.

Cecilia Valdez is the Administrative Secretary to Dr. Wagner (principal). She has been with PSUSD for 10 years, beginning as a senior clerk at Edward Wenzlaff and promoting to school secretary at Julius Corsini. Cecilia then moved to the District Office’s Student Services Department with responsibilities including health services and security. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her 3 children, volunteering as an athletic parent at PSHS, and hiking the beautiful mountain trail the desert provides.
